- Cultivate verbal language. It is essential to read and write a lot, and make an effort to learn new words and understand complex ideas.
- Give others due attention. Listening attentively and actively to others, in an empathetic and respectful way, favors positive feedback.
- Clarify ideas before communicating them. It is impossible to effectively transmit a message that is unknown or that is not completely formulated, which is why mentally organizing the ideas you seek to convey can be very useful.
- Be aware of non-verbal language. Gestures, intonation, hand gestures, all of these factors communicate continuously, and being aware of this allows for greater coherence and greater control over what is transmitted.
