Management in companies
Management in the business world (management in administration) is understood as a process in which leaders or managers seek to influence their employees to achieve certain purposes, in search of achieving the mission and vision. Three components are necessary for there to be direction:
- Circumstance. That is to say that there is a precise moment in which an address is required.
- Leader. That fulfills the role of directing people and projects,
- Directed. They take direction from their leaders.
Leader. He is the one who leads the team, he must possess certain capabilities to obtain the expected results. Some of these characteristics are objectivity, honesty, authenticity, commitment and integrity. However, it is very difficult to find true leaders who possess all the mentioned characteristics.
Why is the Directorate necessary?
There are various reasons why Management is of great importance within a company.
- It is through management that the organization's objectives are communicated along with the way to achieve them.
- It also allows the creation of a common morale among workers that allows for greater productivity.
- It also determines what behaviors are expected from staff.
- Finally, it generates the communication that is required within the institution.
What is direction in geometry and physics?
Other definitions of what management is can be given under other disciplines:
- Geometry. A direction is a line along which points move. The directions in which it can be traveled can be opposite.
- Physics. Direction is understood as the trajectory or path that bodies follow when they are in motion. This is of great importance since in mechanics it is necessary to study the movement in order to know the position in which the body will be found, always depending on the time variable.
